AMEND AN ORDER


To cancel your order, please notify us at least 48 hours before the delivery date.
Do notice that custom made items in your order cannot be cancelled.

Ready stocks typically take around 3 to 5 days to deliver locally within Singapore. If it is a Pre-order, dates will be advised accordingly.

We serve mainly local customers in Singapore. For shipment overseas, please contact our company sales representative for a further discussion if you have input an overseas address by mistake and already made payment.

FIXING A PRODUCT ISSUE


Yes, you can.

If the product was delivered in unsatisfactory conditions (dented, stained, scratched, damaged, different from product description etc) or was not true to the product description upon delivery, you may reject the product at without any added cost.

We are sorry that you may have received a wrong product. Our Customer Service Officers will be able to advise you on the next delivery date and timing to replace the wrong items.

Terms and Conditions


All furniture from A1 Furniture (on selected furniture) comes with 1 year warranty on manufacturing defects(not including wear and tear or abuse). If you find any manufacturing defects or damages which are not due to abuse or wear and tear, please kindly contact our support team at 87996106 or email to valent@a1furniture.com.sg on replacing/repairing the merchandise. A1 Furniture Pte Ltd reserves the right to make the final decision on whether to repair or exchange the product, as well as the replacement merchandise.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from actual product. Due to differences in monitors, colours of products may also appear different to those shown on the site.

We strongly advise our customers to inspect the furniture carefully for damages when delivered. There is a possibility of manufacturing defects or even furniture being damaged during shipping/delivery. If you detect any damage or defect, please inform us immediately.
